1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VRRai Tourist AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Service.

2. Use of the Service
a. VRRai Tourist AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
b. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
c. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violating any laws in your jurisdiction.

b. By submitting User Content, you grant VRRai Tourist AI a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content.
c. You agree not to submit User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Intellectual Property
a. All content included in the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VRRai Tourist AI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
b. You agree not to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, or display any content from the Service without the prior written consent of VRRai Tourist AI.

a. In no event shall VRRai Tourist AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if VRRai Tourist AI has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
b. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
